Loading systems for truck, ship and rail

Gerwin Silotechnik offers loading systems in various designs and for different applications. Depending on your specific requirements, loading sets are used, with integrated dust extraction on request.

We use our proven radial telescopic conveyors for safe and reliable ship loading. Thanks to the height adjustment by means of a hydraulic lifting device, the conveyor adapts perfectly to ship sizes and tides. At the same time, the electromotive radial and telescopic technology makes it possible to feed the ships constantly from one feeding point without having to move them.

Similar processes are used for loading trucks and wagons. The bulk material is loaded efficiently and with little dust using belt conveyor systems and telescopic loading equipment. If required, the loading equipment can also be moved sideways so that even filling is possible without moving the vehicle.
